Frequently asked questions

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. BHM Pro LLC is licensed and insured with $1M+ liability coverage. Your home and equipment are protected during every install.

Is there a minimum service fee?

Yes. The minimum service fee is $80. Most TV mounting jobs start higher depending on size, wall type, bracket, and add-ons.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Use the TV Mounting Calculator to get a live estimate, then proceed to booking — or call +1-347-909-9984. We typically work Mon – Sun, 7:00–9:00.

When do I pay?

You pay after the work is completed and you are satisfied. Exact payment options are confirmed when you book.

What is included in TV mounting & wire concealment?

We mount your TV to the wall or compatible furniture, recommend placement for a comfortable viewing height, plug the TV into an existing outlet, power it on to confirm it works, dress visible cables neatly, and leave the work area clean. In-wall wire concealment and surface cord covers are available as add-ons or inside Premium / Full Home Theater packages.

Is the wall mount / bracket included?

You can use your own bracket (select “Own bracket” in the calculator) or choose Flat, Tilt, or Full-Motion options when booking. Mount hardware pricing is reflected in the live estimate — confirm what you already own before the visit so we bring the right gear.

How long does a typical install take?

Most standard TV mounts finish in about 45–60 minutes. Brick, tile, fireplace surrounds, in-wall concealment, soundbars, or multi-TV jobs take longer — we confirm timing when you book.

What is the difference between Standard, Premium, and Full Home Theater?

Standard Hang is TV mounting with basic setup. Premium Clean Setup adds a full-motion bracket path plus in-wall wire hide. Full Home Theater adds soundbar mounting with clean cable management. All three show live totals with the 15% online discount in the calculator.

Do you supply the mounting bracket?

Yes, our certified masters carry premium tilt, fixed, and full-motion articulating brackets. Tell us your TV size when booking and we bring a heavy-duty mount suited to your wall and stud layout. You can also select “I already have a bracket” in the calculator.

Can you hide cords inside brick, concrete or plaster walls?

Yes — with the right method for the wall. Drywall stud bays support in-wall wire concealment (+$100) or a surface cord cover (+$40). Plaster (+$20), brick/concrete (+$30), and tile/marble (+$40) use appropriate anchors; power is handled only with an approved in-wall power kit or an outlet relocation site assessment (+$80, scope confirmed on site). Share wall photos when you book.

What warranties and protection coverage do you provide?

BHM Pro LLC is licensed and insured with $1M+ liability coverage. Every job includes our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee — if something about the install is not right, we make it right.

Does wall type change the picture-hanging price?

Yes. Drywall and studs are the baseline. Plaster, brick, concrete, and tile use different anchors and add a wall surcharge in the calculator. Share a photo if you are unsure of the substrate.

Do you hang Frame TV art or only regular frames?

Yes, when it is wall art. We hang framed art, canvas, and gallery grids. Use the TV mounting calculator if you are mounting a television.

Do I need photos before I book picture hanging?

No, not for a standard layout you can pick in the calculator. Photos help for galleries, brick, or tile. Use the quote form on this page for a mixed wall. Minimum service fee is $80.

How do you price a heavy mirror?

By weight band. Choose standard, heavy, heavy large, or extra heavy in the calculator. Starting from-prices and wall type show in the live estimate. The 15% online discount appears in the live total.

Can you hang a mirror on tile or in a bathroom?

Yes. Tile and marble use a wall surcharge and the right anchors. Tell us it is a wet room or tiled surround when you book so we bring hardware that belongs on that surface.

Is mirror hanging the same as picture hanging?

No. Mirrors are priced by weight and often need different hardware than framed art. Gallery walls and canvas are on the picture hanging page. Minimum service fee is $80.

Do I need photos before booking a mirror hang?

No, not for a standard drywall hang you can describe by weight. Photos help for tile, marble, or extra-heavy glass. Use the form on this page when the calculator does not cover the wall.

How many shelves are included in one booking?

Choose 1, 2–3, or 4+ in the calculator. Starting from-prices and wall type show in the live estimate. The 15% online discount shows before you book.

Will floating shelves hold books or only décor?

It depends on the wall. We fasten to the structure you have. After you pick floating or bracketed in the calculator, tell us what the shelf will hold in checkout notes or on arrival so we match the method to the weight.

Do you install floating shelves and shelves with brackets?

Yes, both. Hidden-hardware floating installs need a solid wall that can take the load; bracketed shelves are often faster. Choose floating, bracketed, or a closet system in the calculator (closet systems go to a custom quote). Minimum service fee is $80.

Can you install shelves on brick or tile?

Yes. Brick, concrete, plaster, and tile use a wall surcharge in the calculator. Floating hardware still needs a wall that can take the load — add the wall type in the Access notes field at checkout if you want us to double-check before the visit.

How do you price several windows?

By number of openings — 1, 2–3, or 4+. Starting from-prices show in the live estimate. Rods versus blinds is a calculator add-on, not a separate page. The 15% online discount shows in the live total.

Do you install both curtain rods and blinds?

Yes. Pick rods, blinds/shades, or both in the calculator. Alignment across a run of windows is part of the job.

Do you do inside-mount and outside-mount installs?

Yes, when the frame and wall allow. Add inside or outside mount in the Access notes field at checkout so we bring the right hardware. Minimum service fee is $80.

Do you supply the rods and blinds?

No. Bring the rods, blinds, and manufacturer brackets on site. We supply wall anchors matched to the surface. If you need us to source hardware, use the quote form.

What counts as handyman versus a listed hanging service?

Barn doors, meeting boards, grab bars, mailbox mounts, and similar wall jobs. Pictures, mirrors, shelves, curtains, and TV mounting have their own pages and calculators.

Can I book a barn door or grab bar online?

Yes. Those job types have a live estimate in the calculator — pick the matching type, then wall. The 15% online discount shows in the total before you book.

When should I request a quote instead of booking?

When the job is not a listed type. Choose “Something else” in the calculator or use the form on this page for furniture assembly or mixed work. Minimum service fee is $80. Call +1-347-909-9984 if you are unsure.

Do you assemble furniture?

Yes, as a quote — not a listed online job type. Choose “Something else” or send photos on this page. Barn doors, boards, grab bars, and mailboxes have live estimates.
